It’s my first time owning casual tweed jackets, but I know that ultimately the jacket should cover half of your body size and your legs the other half. It appears to me that this jacket is a bit long and I’m not sure if it works out this way. Moreover, looking sideways ( I do have a belly) the jacket forms a shape of an umbrella over my pants, which I don’t think is nice. I know that wider and higher waisted pants could fix this but I’m not sure since I don’t own one. Would appreciate your advice
