I bought Cats Organized Neatly for a friend way back when I first discovered it during the summer, but I scheduled the gift to go out as a Christmas present. However, it turned out that the game is Windows-only and my friend has a Mac, so they returned it and then I tried to go through Steam to have the game refunded on my end, only to be told that since it had been more than two weeks since I bought the game, they weren’t willing to refund the purchase.
It’s not a ton of money so that’s not the end of the world, but what happened to the game itself? Can my friend reclaim the gift or can I add it to my account or have I lost both the money and the game?
