DM, not good at improving dialogue and appearances /u/wolfey-19 DnD: Roll for Initiative!

I’m a DM for a party and campaign I really love, but I always have trouble improving dialogue. I usually make up for this by lots of pre-planning, but that leads to a lot of it and I just realised I write 5000+ words per session of planning notes.

This leads to us only being able to play once every month or two, and while that works for us I’d really love to get better at improv, so I can just write down certain pointers and go that way. But part of me is just afraid of drawing a blank :”D
