Cant find a good use for exhaust ammo /u/Training-Present2844 Monster Hunter: World

For reference i only played world so far, gonna play rise later too

The only few monsters who ever got tired from those bullets were Rathian, Uragaan and his bone cousin

And it seems elder dragons wont get exhausted, no matter how much i shoot them with that
