Anyone else have a bad time ordering from Rocky Mountain Featherbed? (35Summers Co) /u/m1nor1tyrprt /r/malefashionadvice

It’s been weeks and they still haven’t provided an update about my order. I know they were on a holiday break between December 28-January 06 (according to an old Instagram story) but my order was before that and still no update. They even asked me to reissue payment because they took long to confirm the first payment. I did as I was asked but still no response. I’ve politely emailed them multiple times. I can’t help but feel annoyed because they have time to post on Instagram about sales and other offers but can’t help the people who already gave them money. I don’t mean any hate. I just really want my jacket! I’m excited and a fan!
