My computer will not let me lower the year past 1995, and the achievement requires you to set your date to 1993. I tried using SAM, but everytime I clicked on the .exe to open it up, it would show the loading icon and then do nothing. Any way I can somehow get this achievement another way, or troubleshoot SAM?
