Slowing Down is the BEST Thing I Have Done

I am completing all Warcraft games, then all quests on Alliance and Horde side on Classic, and then a full Horde playthrough on retail in chronological order, expansion wise. I have already completed retail on Alliance side. I am doing this simply to learn the lore. I love stories.

Doing the ‘complete’ loremaster journey challenge I’ve set has been nothing short of rewarding so far. Warcraft 1 has been fully completed. I have 5 campaigns left in Orc side of WC2, and then fully completing the Human side, then moving on to WC3 and fully complete it. After, I will do loremaster playthrough in CLASSIC WoW and on. This means I will complete ALL quests in classic and then in retail. I have loved learning the OLD lore where I will go into WoW again, after completing the WC games, and having much more context of why some things are the way they are. Slowing down in WoW has been truly amazing. Highly recommend it. I am thinking of making a guide on this challenge that I am tackling. Blizzard doesn’t make it easy to do things chronologically, even with Chromie Time.

I am starting to finally settle into the idea that taking the game slow and not rushing is totally okay. My brain is slowly being conditioned to this. Starting the challenge when I originally did Alliance retail side completely, I rushed at times and regret it. Now that I have committed again to another playthrough, I look forward to fully exploring, learning, and maybe even making some like minded friends along the way. I am even thinking of rebranding my guild as a guild that is for slowing down and exploring, etc.
