I did post this already in the relevant Battlefield subs. Just posting here as well because there’s dramatically more people and I want as much advice as possible.
Basically title. I’ve played a ton of BF on PS5, but I’m currently building another PC and intend to switch to playing on there full time. My Steam account is linked to the same EA account that I’ve been playing with on PlayStation. So I’m certain that my in game progress (level/weapons/stats) will all be there when I buy the game on Steam and switch to that platform.
So when I say ‘progress,’ I guess what I’m referring to is my earned PlayStation trophies carrying over to Steam achievements when I log in. For example, the trophy for reaching level 25 (I’m currently 55). Will I get the Steam achievement for that once I log in? Or am I screwed out of that Steam achievement now since I’ve already passed that level?
EA only allows one Steam account to be linked to it in its lifetime. Most of the trophies I have can’t be completed again on Steam in order to trigger the achievement. Some can, but some can’t. Any insights?
