Could use some help, I’m on windows 11 and when I’m recording gameplay in the background with Steam recording, the audio levels on my microphone clip badly and it sounds like noise cancellation is removing half my sentences in the video clips afterwards.
I have it set so Steam records all system audio. People speaking through discord have perfectly recorded audio along with the game sound, it’s just my mic that’s being input to Steam that clips and pops.
Is there some sort of Steam settings I could play with to adjust the levels of the mic being used?
If not, is there a way I could record all system audio with my mic muted on Steam and routed so it’s heard through Discord instead?
Thanks for the help, not much of an audio guy so any suggestions are appreciated!
