(Originally posted on buyitforlife) I only wear jeans and plain tshirts, like the ones you get at Michael’s for printing and tie dyeing. For a while that worked for me. I one day bought about 30 tees($3 each) in every color recommended after I got my color analysis, but now that all of them are wearing out, I’m wondering if I should level up a bit. I’m a hairdresser and all my coworkers have worn the most fun outfits, some more flashy than others.
Since many of my clothes are on their way out, I feel like I should care more about style than color. The thing is that I’m a guy so I can’t really play around with shape and texture the same way that womenswear can. I want my style to be casual but not slouchy. I don’t know where to start, I don’t know how much to spend, and I barely know what I need to get. Heck I don’t even know if this is the best page for me. I’ve always been a fan of keeping things timeless, and going for pieces that are made to last, which is why I’m here. Thoughts?
