I am wondering, why do I have general gift restriction, I have over 10 years in steam playing over 35,000 hours of games and 40,000$ spend on steam, and never hat an issue with it, I just dont understand why I cant use my wallet to gift game to friends, this is frist time happening to me, and I cant understand it anyone have an better explanation? submitted by /u/666Olee |
