How to stabilize a penis that’s only soft at the base. /u/Rusty_Shackleford_5 Sex

My sex life has been complicated due to some defects at birth. I also have had very few sexual partners and have zero experience when it comes to marital aids, toys, etc.

My issue is that I’ve had a lot of surgery since my last partner and I am experiencing a problem for the first time with my new partner. Everything works well except I’m too soft around the base of the shift. Meaning, a few centimeters at the start of the shift itself, plus a gap in my pelvis makes it very difficult to have intercourse normally. The penis isn’t really anchored in place even when erect so it kind of pulls away from me when withdrawing and kind of shifts uncomfortably into my pelvis during insertion (the real problem.)

My girlfriend hasn’t noticed but it’s a real pain for me because I have to constantly hold it with one hand to keep it in place.

I’ve already spoken with several doctors and it’s been made clear that it would not be safe to pursue any kind of medical intervention

So, I was wondering if there might be something external I could try like a ring or special underwear. Any advice at all would be much appreciated.
