When you analyse your arousal towards someone, what do you find? /u/DraftLongjumping9288 Sex

Hey folks,

I understand the title of my post might seem like a low hanging, general question, but I do mean it in a more serious way than what it looks like.

I have been going to a sex therapist for a long while now and we are nearing the end of my therapy. After going through the analysis of unhealthy sex dynamics, as well as accepting and dealing with them, he looped me back to a question that should be easy to answer, but to which I can’t seem to find a legit answer.

“What turns you on in a person, be it someone in a show, or the one across the room, or the one buying you a drink.”

Hopefully this makes sense to others because I’m kind of at a loss. Or maybe I’m just scratching tok deep lol. I don’t think I’m aroused by freckles and curly hair? Or is it actually just that simple?
