I just thrifted this coat for 20 dollars. The tag says it’s Ralph Lauren, made of 100% camel wool, but I can’t find this exact one online. It has a leather detail on the belt. I looked up similar Ralph Lauren 100% camel wool coats, and they’re priced around $2,000. Even though this one has tears on the pockets, it feels too good to be true. Is it fake?

Unrelated question: How much would it cost to fix the tears on the pockets? Would felting work to repair them?
