Desperately in need of Advice /u/Ill-Adagio-7503 /r/malefashionadvice

For some background I have never really been huge into fashion etc and have mainly just been wearing literally the same exact thing every day for the past 10 years. I don’t have any real fashion sense so I am struggling quite a bit.

I am 21 years old, currently a college student, and I’m definitely on the slimmer side (5’10; 130 lbs). Currently, I just wear a simple pair of jeans and a random t-shirt every single day, and it’s gotten to the point where people start commenting on it etc.

I am essentially just looking for guidance on where do I start, what do I buy etc. I have literally no clue on where to start, and how I can start dressing more my age/more modern.
