hey! so i have chronic health issues and recently tried weaning off a medication that ended up making my inflammation worse and as a result got tennis elbow and golfers elbow in both elbows. i think i got it from a combination of computer work, having sex, and masturbating unfortunately.
so my partner and i are both trans masculine (ftm) and this has of course caused issues in having sex. i’m looking for advice as to modifications i can use so that i can continue to have sex without preventing myself from healing. i also happen to have wrist arthritis so have wrist pain as well but it has been getting much better recently.
for more context on the situation, my boyfriend isn’t a fan of strap ons or vibrators. also receiving oral isn’t something he’s that big on but recently he has been enjoying it more. what’s always felt the best for him has been using my hands but this causes pain for me and i think is even exacerbating my issues so i think i need to take a break from this and find some modifications.
ive bought a brace and compression sleeve but would love any advice about positions or methods that reduce the strain on elbows and forearms. also i am ambidextrous but my left hand is stronger on this front (but also the elbow that is much worse off)
thank you!!
