How do i prepare for sex? /u/SantasElfe Sex

I have been talking to a guy that i met at a gathering for a couple of days and he is my first friend since middleschool wich i am beyond happy about since i have been so lonely. But now his texts have become much more intimate and he keeps asking for photos of me. He doesnt ask for nudes but it still feels weird. I am open to get intimate with him but not right now i think he is moving to fast and since i am still a virgin i am very scared and nervous about that. But i would like to ask if there is any advice about what i can keep in mind cuz i really struggle with eye contact and start shaking around people really bad that i start fumbling my words. And the thought of kissing and touching is horrifying but also something id like to do. And i am scared of being a “dead fish” in the bed. It feels like men have so high standard and maybe he will end our friendship if im not good at sex. What should i do????
