I’ll get us started. This is an idea a friend gave me.

Last night I ran a Krampus fight where he wasn’t on the initiative tracker. Instead I had a time going on my phone, and everytime the timer hit 0 it would immediately end the current creature’s turn to take a turn itself. Then after it’s turn the timer would start again.
