Ya know, I come across someone once in awhile that is unnecessarily a complete douche for absolutely no reason at all. This seems to be the case anywhere where there is open discussion. However, since I’m on Reddit a lot, I’ve noticed it a LOT on here. Reddit does seem to be pretty bad for this. Obviously, I’m not saying all people. But, geez. Why are people so fucking genuinely miserable/rude?
I get that you are in front of a screen, and basically have nothing stopping you from acting in any such manner. If this was real life, the way some people converse with others, I’m pretty certain they would get punched in the face.
I don’t really believe in acting this way towards others, even if I am behind a screen and it is mostly anonymous. I don’t really see any normal scenarios where it’s warranted or even respectful to talk to others like this.
