Visa vs Startup New Grad Offer /u/crackpk CSCQ protests reddit

Hi, I am having a hard time deciding between these 2 offers. Any perspective will be greatly appreciated.

Visa – Austin, TX

TC: $120k

Startup – San Francisco, CA

Base: $150k

Equity: $200k / 4 years vest. This is options at a strike price, not rsu. This can become worthless or 2-5x in a few years.

The startup is a series A in the AI space with 80 employees (and growing). They are profitable and the cash flow seems good.

I am worried about the job stability, WLB, and COL in SF vs Austin.

The growth opportunity is very appealing. Any thoughts about this?
