You can vote, sign contracts, and join the military at 18, but you’re not allowed to legally buy a beer until you’re 21. What’s the reasoning behind this? If you’re considered mature enough to potentially die for your country, shouldn’t you be trusted with alcohol too? It seems inconsistent. What’s the logic here?
