Facing problem in vscode import any library please help me resolve the problem /u/Unfair_Mark_659 Python Education

Hey, I used vscode last 1 month. i am facing one issue. When i download any library from pip install file name then download properly but when I write program then it doesn’t import library. But if i delete my python 3.31 version and then again download then import specific library but if download another library by same pip package then same issues arises again . This problem cause I skip programming day by day please help me resolve this problem
