I’ve always been curious about how some people seem to have endless energy. They can work all day, go out at night, and still wake up early the next morning full of energy. Meanwhile, I need a lot of rest and feel exhausted after a long day, especially if it’s been stressful.
I’ve tried improving my diet and exercising regularly, which has helped a little, but not to the level of those people who always seem to be on full throttle. I wonder if there’s something more to it, like genetic factors, their lifestyle, or some technique they use to stay so active.
Does anyone know what might be making the difference? I wonder if it’s a matter of mental training or if some people are just naturally more energetic than others.
