Got caught beating it and don’t know what to do? /u/Remtwt Sex

I (20m) was just doing my daily thang but I thought I had locked my door before starting but to my surprise it swung open and someone walked in and saw it. This has never happened before and I’m really embarrassed because this person is very close to me and out of all the people in my life this is one of the last people I would want to see me doing that. No words were exchanged apart from a startled “sorry” from them and ever since neither of us reached out to each other and I think it should be discussed I just don’t know how to discuss it. The help would be much appreciated
