“Actual” shitpost: Does every gymbro poop this much? /u/TheDivision5 No such thing as stupid questions

After years of going to the gym regularly, putting in the hours… I still don’t look that impressive. And I knew the culprit all along: it was me. Actually, my diet. I just never ate enough. To me, hunger is akin to any other emotion, and those you may choose to ignore. Also, I’m “blessed” with a pretty fast metabolism, even for my young age (mid twenties).

Anyways, for the past 10 days I finally managed to stay on track. Which leads me to the title and the entire reason for this post: I don’t know if that’s just a European thing, and you Americans maybe have chipotle-approved toilets/ plumbing, but I managed to clog mine multiple times within these past one and a half weeks. I mean, holy shit, it’s just…. So much shit. 3000 calories turn into literal mountains of poop. And not only once. But multiple times a day, usually.

Nobody warned me of this. Do all gym bros regularly clog their toilets? I don’t even know if I want to know the answer to that question.

At least my lifts are going up lol.
