Help me understand the appeal… /u/HostaBarista Sex

My (30F) fiancé (34M) always wants me to sit on his face. I’m really self conscious about my body and I’ve struggled with my weight and body image issues since I was a kid. Because I’m so self conscious, I just don’t see the appeal. Would love for some perspectives on the appeal of this and also how I can overcome my insecurity and be able to engage in something my partner wants to do. As a side note, my fiancé is really understanding and never pressures me or makes me feel guilty. I just want to be able to do what he wants and desires.
