So my boyfriend and I are very serious. We’ve been dating for over a year but honestly have been together for longer. I trust him 100% and he’s absolutely amazing. However we’re both young, me [18] and him [21], we don’t want kids at all and it’s a huge fear of mine.

I usually take my birth control every night in the range of 10pm-1am, I’m not sure if that decreases the effectiveness because the range of time is so huge (if anyone could help reassure me on that). However, a few days ago we had sex raw. It was such an amazing experience and I felt so close to him, he didn’t cum inside of me though, which helps my worries.
However, it’s just really hard for me to think about going back to condoms after this experience but I’m nervous about the possibility of getting pregnant doing it raw even while on birth control and pulling out.
He’s serious about my safety and comfort and always reassured me that he pulls out as soon as he feels something even if it’s like precum. He said he’s fine going back to condoms but I know we both liked it more raw. Is it safe to do raw while on birth control and pulling out? And am I taking my birth control correctly?
