My team is 95% indian and 5% Chinese. Only one white dude.
I’m based in the US but regularly have meetings at night with engineers based out of India. White people are a minority where I work. At company/team parties, indian food is the main thing being served.
Some people speak Hindi with each other.
What’s it like for you guys? Is there more diversity where you work?
