What is the most “grimdark” city in Forgotten Realms? Excluding those located in underdark. /u/Smooth-Protection46 DnD: Roll for Initiative!

So, I’m curious. Most of large cities in faerun, like Neverwinter or Waterdeep, are described in “neutral-bright” tones. There are local problems, there are some criminals, but everything is mostly fine (until big bad evil appears).

But is there equivalent of cyberpunk Night City or whfb Mordheim somewhere? With constant povetry, corruption, mob wars, ect.
