I’ve been trying to get back into the industry after being laid off a year ago, only landed 1 interview and didn’t make it.
I was wanting to start making open source contributions, I want to be able to have some active SWE projects that can keep my skills sharp and I can throw on my resume.
Where do I start when it comes to open source? Any advice from anyone that frequently works on open source? Are there any suggested projects that are in JS or Python? Also robotics related ones would be great.
