Is it worth it to do a masters in CS with a non-CS bachelor? /u/hazedfaste CSCQ protests reddit

I have a bachelor in economics and working for more than a year. I realised I enjoy building things and see it work, but I have very rudimentary skills in VBA and SQL. I’ve been thinking about doing a masters in CS to have a set of hard skills and not just a bunch of theory like in economics but I’m afraid not having a bachelors will put me at a big disadvantage in knowledge and skills so I was wondering if it would be worth it to invest the time and money.
