Avoiding Main Character Status /u/DarkMagicsDraws DnD: Roll for Initiative!

So my group recently started a new game and it is the most fun I have had in D&D in many years. The DM is nice and puts a lot of effort into sessions. The other players and I collaborate well and makes good characters. But lately I am worried my character might be falling into a main character role and I don’t really want that and need help.

So my character is a tiefling sorcerer so she has good charisma, and everyone else dumped Charisma (We have a Barbarian, Druid, and Rouge).

We are only a few sessions and went through initiation into an adventurers guild. We had to sign paperwork and the Druid marked on their designating my character as group leader. I am personally fine with being the group leader. But I’m worried between being the face of the party, being team leader, and my character being the most extroverted and initiating rp with other pcs more. It can come across as me taking a main character role.

So does anyone have advice on how to avoid my character becoming a main character. I want the other players and their characters to have just as much or more spotlight on them as me. Thanks for reading.
