Autistic and need help with phrasing for new players. /u/Cosmic_Poetry DnD: Roll for Initiative!

Hi! I’m autistic and often seem rude even when I don’t want to. Please help me rephrase the rules of my home!

Friends of a friend are coming over to play DnD at my house and I’ve not yet met all of them. I know that they all smoke (both Nicotine and….other things). One of them is apparently a pretty massive stoner. I’m very sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke and I’m not comfortable with people consuming drugs or being high around me. (This includes alcohol.)

How do I phrase “If you have to smoke, fine. But I will make you stand outside in the rain until you don’t smell like smoke anymore. And if you show up high, I will dunk you in the rain water barrel until you’re sober.” in a nice way that wont expose me as the hardass I am and won’t make my potential new friends hate me.
