From the full accounts published in April of 2024: (you can find it by googling but the subreddit rules don’t allow me to link the documents themselves, happy to dm it to anyone though)

On 14 July 2022 the Company provided a capital contribution of $40.6m to its subsidiary undertating Jagex Holdings Limited, Inc. which used the funds to acquire Pacman Acquisition Sub, Inc.

On 9 December 2022 the Company acquired the entire share capital of Gamepires d.o.o for consideration of £29.1m. Gamepires d.o.o is a developer and publisher of community-driven games and is based in Croatia.

Table

They must be cooking something with it, because their most recent release appears to be a survival game called SCUM that was released into 2018.

Another interesting tidbit is the breakdown between subscription and MTX revenue, MTX appears to make a substantial amount less for the company than it used to, which might be why they have recently pushed for other ways to monetise the game.
