I have never booked an Airbnb, because every time I find something that looks good, its somewhere in the $110- $140 range per night. Then I go to book 2 night, and it is close to if not over $500 for the final price with all the fees. I get so offended at the bait and switch, that I never book the place, and have never booked an Airbnb.
How do they get away with the bait and switch, and why do other people take the switch when it is revealed at the end to be a hoax?
