Do steam global achievements completion percentage include other platforms as well /u/the_recovery1 Steam on Reddit

Was looking at the FF7 rebirth achievements on Steam PC and I see it shows nearly 20% completion for chapter 12 which is approx 30+ hours of playtime: https://imgur.com/a/Fgp3u5R

This should be very hard since rebirth only launched on PC on the 23rd. Was wondering if the calculation includes the numbers from Playstation as well for all games available on both
