Did anyone get the legend of the east satchel before epilogue? /u/64_Munchkin Red Dead Redemption

I found this pretty rare, and I’m trying to get it in chapter 2, I need two things to get the satchel, but damn that one is pretty rare to get that as Arthur ngl. These cougars and panthers are hard to get in perfect quality, I can’t even fish yet, to get potent predator baits😭😭😭
