Second Round Confusion /u/Knightwing1941 CSCQ protests reddit

Here is my first post: https://www.reddit.com/r/ExperiencedDevs/comments/1i7m6cm/had_an_intense_interview_experiencewill_i_move_to/

I got a call from the HR guy and got positive feedback from the technical interviewers so I got to the next round. I asked for anything specific but I didn’t get anything back from the HR guy so I don’t know what to think there. The second round will be for 30 minutes with the hiring manager, his boss and his boss’s boss.

For software engineering roles, do senior VPs ask technical questions or do they keep it on behavioral the whole time? This is my first interview process in a while so I am interested in any advice people have.
