Being fingered – fears and anxieties

Hi all,

Please be kind. I have severe health anxiety and something happened to me last night that has caused a great deal of anxiety.

I was fingered by someone last night and he went a bit rough. He said he had a shower before doing so but also had tidied his car a bit whilst hanging out. I’m 99% sure he’s not got anything, but when I woke this morning there was a tiny drop of blood (like pinprick size) when I wiped.

What is the likelihood of contracting anything? He hasn’t slept with anyone but me and is certain he has nothing.

Please any advice would be appreciated. I have done some research and every where out there has said near impossible. But just need someone to help my brain process the fears.
