Ordered some food through pandabox, and voucher applied all the way until after I’ve paid. They overcharged my card the amount + what the voucher discounted, straight up refused to refund and tried to chase me off with a small voucher. What can someone do against this fraud? Apologies for the massive Karen energy – the 10 bucks isn’t much but I’m certain that I’m likely not the only one they are ripping off, and on principal this is ridiculous (and illegal) behaviour.
