I have my fourth and final interview with a small company coming up, and it’s with the COO, for a software engineer position.
This is my first in-person interview with this company, and I’m wondering about dress code.
I asked the recruiter, she said “business professional, but still casual”. Also, the company describes itself as a casual workplace (they mentioned “shoes optional” in the job description)
Bottom line, should I wear full suit or not? Business professional means suit, but “casual” does not.
