In my initial attempt at the Endless Halls, I used roughly 10 hours in one sitting. I did not know what was up and down, just placed the initial orbs as i found them, and placed them. No wonder, that I gave up with the last orb. Then, around a year later, I asked a friend of mine, u/DibloDk, who does not play WoW at all to help me. Together, we drew every path in an online tool. It took us quite a lot of time, as my friend was GRIPPED BY THE PUZZLE, and had to know every single path. Even after having found stable routes from all the different orbs, he wanted to find the last few connections between the rooms. On the left side of the image, our initial grid is shown. We were aware that it was supposed to resemble an 8×8 grid, but it worked none the less. After completing it and getting the elusive Lucid Nightmare, he tidied it up further, as shown on the right. The very worst part was this. He wanted to return to the maze right after we had completed it. I do hope that someone can use this in case they are having troubles. As many guides have stated before:
I do know that I am late to the party, but I’m just happy to be done with it. I’m going to hop of Reddit once more, as my friend wants to return. Not going to happen though. submitted by /u/simonkruger10 |

As many guides have stated before: Finding secure paths between objectives. Making sure you can replicate your travel between two objectives, that way, you wont have trouble navigating the routes in the end. Note down the blocked off passages in the rooms (as shown by the red crosses in the first figure). That way, even though it is tedious, you can navigate all of the maze without other pointers. At around hour 3, it should be like walking around in the dark at home. Detect the teleport trap room. Perhaps even going once or twice to the suspected room. I do know that I am late to the party, but I’m just happy to be done with it. I’m going to hop of Reddit once more, as my friend wants to return. Not going to happen though. https://preview.redd.it/om71m2jxqtee1.jpg?width=1251&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2986833cbde74d9cd1d34c9624b9df880b51737d submitted by /u/simonkruger10 [link] [comments]
