Yesterday I was sent an email inviting me to do an onsite with a company I’ve been interviewing for in NY. I let them know my availability that night, and asked them if they could change my return flight from NYC to a different city, as well as delay it until a week after the onsite. My main reason for this is, while I’d be interviewing in NYC, the job was actually located in the other city, and I wanted to take some time to see what it was like/gauge what living there would be like. I have not heard from them today, even after following up. Now, I could be purely paranoid, but I made it so far, and I would really hate to lose this opportunity because I asked for the change in flights. When should I follow up again?
