I have two pairs of good year welted boots, I love them. One I paid full price for and bought new, the other must have been a factory second because I found it on eBay for like $250 off retail(and I did make sure they were genuine when I got them). That got me thinking what tips and tricks some of you may have for getting a good deal on solid boots and shoes.
I specifically am looking for a pair of shoes like Thursdays premier high tops because I want a light durable pair of leather shoes. I can get a factory second for about $100 but I don’t know enough about the construction of those to feel super confident in them.
How you do go about looking for a good deal on a pair of shoes or boots? What about other ways to get deals most people don’t know about?
