I sort of hit a wall with compensation and I think I lot of it has to do with me not having a CS degree where it disqualifies me for most tech lead positions. I also think it would benefit me to learn a lot of the foundational CS topics where I lack the knowledge.
Just a little about me I am a mobile app developer with over 10 years of professional work experience in Java, Swift, React, etc. I am looking for a university that is flexible enough where I can still maintain my 40 hour work week. I have no problem taking courses at night or on the weekends, also is it possible to use my experience to test out of certain courses?
