What do yall think of this second phase for Nezznar? /u/Emil_J_4 DnD: Roll for Initiative!

I thought his original stats were underwhelming, so decided to give him a second phase (eventually after all giant spiders are dead).

My thoght is that he was cursed by Lolth for failing a task for her, so she cursed him with to become a drider. He uses magic to suppress the curse, hence wanting to claim Wave Echo Cave.

However, I am quite unexperienced as a DM, and find it hard to balance the encounter, The party consists of 6 level 4 characters, with well rounded roles.
