I (40f) am having a very difficult and non existent time in the bedroom with my boyfriend (47m). We have had sex 3 times in the past 4 months. Every time I say something about it he gets very angry and defensive. I am not sure how to bring it up without upsetting or accidentally insulting him. It’s very obvious I am the HL partner and I can’t go less than once a month. I just want to have sex. How can I bring it up constructively so it’s not such an “insulting” conversation to him, and we can work through this?
