making virtual env /u/mil227 Python Education

hello pls asnwer me can you tell me what is the problem. i dont understand. im new and im trying to setup visual studio and the folders. i have watch o =n yt that i should create venv so if im to update visual studio or python (i dont know which one) it will run and remain the same.
