Flask-SQLAlchemy /u/Natural_Green_2786 Python Education

I’ve been studying python since August, currently on day 66 of the udemy course ‘Angela Yu’s 100 days of coding with python’ where we’re supposed to be creating api’s using flask-sqlalchemy, I’m really struggling with this one, the recent lessons on sqlalchemy have hindered my progress as I have had to step away multiple times now due to growing frustration. I have learned sql, sqlite outwith the course in order to familiarise and understand what’s needed in order to tackle the lesson’s task. My head is literally spinning with SQLAlchemy and my brain (adhd) is just seeing a jumbled mess any time I even begin to look up the documentation. Can someone please advise me on what to do? Any tips/advice, Tia!
