As the title says: what is one healthy habit you do daily? I am looking to begin building habits that improve my overall quality of life. One of the habits I have recently picked up on is picking out my clothes the night before work. It’s a small act but it improves the quality of my morning drastically, and helps me get to work faster (and in my profession, home faster).
